Customer Service Award for Zones Waitakere

In late July, Zones teams from all over the country gathered in Rotorua for the Zones Landscaping Conference 2019. At the conference, workshops were held to share ideas and learn about new landscaping systems and products.

The conference was capped off with the annual awards dinner, at the event the Zones Landscaping Waitakere team were awarded with the 2019 Best Customer Service of the Year.

Matt Wilkinson had this to say about the achievement; "We are very proud of this award as delivering great customer service is an essential part of our business. It is a rewarding feeling to be recognised by our clients and that they have had enjoyed working with us."

Following the presentation of the Best Customer Service award, the Zones Waitakere team were also given an Honourable Mention for Best Sales Growth. Shortly after the team was named as one of three Finalists for both the New Franchise of the Year and Franchise of the Year.
