Dan will be telling us all about the Healthy Home Standards - the new legislation passed by the New Zealand government to ensure leased homes meet certain requirements. 

Our second guest will be Nick Clements, the Founder and CEO of YourQS, a quantity surveying practice that specialists in residential construction. He’ll explain to us exactly what a quantity surveyor does and what makes YourQS different from the others.
