Vaughan MacKenzie-Browne is a qualified landscape architect passionate about great design, graduating from UNITEC with a Bachelors of Landscape Architecture, he excelled in CAD programmes and Adobe suite, finding a love for the industry and the way we can enhance the beauty of outdoor living.
He has worked in several roles within the New Zealand industry for top landscape companies, working on a range of projects from high residential properties, to multiple dwelling commercial subdivisions, schools and community parks. In conjunction with some of the countries top architecture firms, liaising with engineers and project managers, his designs can be seen through the greater Auckland area. Bringing a first-hand knowledge of construction he has a grounded approach to the way he designs through years of on site building experience and communicating with multiple trades. This has resulted in his ability to accurately design projects in an achievable fashion.
Utilising ARCHICAD and Photoshop he can produce realistic renders to give clients a view into the finished product and help bring life to on paper designs in an easy to understand format. With knowledge of multiple planting palettes he can use planting to help enhance any clients property.
With a passion for modern design and keeping engaged within the landscape architect community, he views each project as a new challenge to enhance the way we view what a landscape can be, giving clients the best possible result and striving to achieve their goals.
